Pricing Bids and special quotations are good for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing. Our minimum invoice amount is $250 exclusive of special orders. All applicable local, state and federal taxes will be added to the customers invoice. It is the customers responsibility to provide us with documentation of tax exempt status in an ongoing manner.
Terms For open account customers with established accounts, net 30 days. There is a service charge of 2% on all amounts not paid within terms. Accounts not current within terms are considered delinquent and subject to credit hold and C.O.D. status. There will be a $20.00 service charge on all returned checks. We reserve the right to change our terms at any time.
Backorders and Special Orders Backorders will only be written at the request of the customer. The minimum backorder for stocked items is $25 per line item. Cancellation of backorders must be made prior to scheduling of shipment and cannot be returned unless made in writing. Special order items must meet manufacturer's minimums and are subject to advance payment or deposit. Cancellation of special orders is subject to the manufacturers cancellation policy and shall be considered separately for discount and freight evaluation. Factory order items are marked "f/o".
Shipments If no instructions are submitted with order, JRAsecurity.com will use its best judgment in selecting a carrier but will not be liable for excess shipping charges. All safes are F.O.B. JRAsecurity.com Supply. Special handling may incur a handling charge. All shipments are delivered to transportation carriers in good condition and our responsibility ceases upon their receipt. Claims for shortages or damage must be made against the carrier on receipt of goods. JRAsecurity.com will give reasonable assistance in effecting settlement with carriers.
Limitation of Liability Materials sold by us are as represented and covered only by the manufacturer's guarantee. We assume no liability for labor, injury, damage or other costs. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by strikes, fire, accident, delivery delays or other causes beyond our control. Catalog descriptions and illustrations are for identification only and do not express or imply a warranty of purpose or application and, because of vendor changes, may not fully describe the actual product.
Returned Goods Policy Merchandise may not be returned without our prior approval and the issuance of a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). When returned, goods and their cartons must be in perfect unused, resaleable condition. All returns are subject to our inspection and approval and a reasonable handling charge. Non-stock, special goods or items fabricated, modified, or cut to size per order are not returnable.

Shipping Costs The customer will pay all freight on returns. This includes the freight to ship products to you and any freight to return products to the dealer.
Damaged Goods If the merchandise you receive is damaged, you must contact the freight carrier for reconciliation. Please inspect all merchandise before signing for it.
